Make your own computer with lego bricks

And it’s not a joke. We’ve begun with the same old story about the firsts computers, Turing, Von Newmann and so on.

One of the most direct ancestors of current computers was the Charles Babbage‘s difference engine and, after that, the Ada Lovelace‘s analytical engine. Both were analogical machines that try to make mathematical operations using gears and cogwheels. Babbage’s purpose was to make up all those logarithmic and trigonometric tables.

Well, somebody has decided to build this difference engine usgin de Lego Technic elements… and it works!
